Privacy note
This note covers the waitlist and message forms on this page, before our full shop opens. It explains, in plain words, what we collect and what we do with it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your name, email address and, only if you choose to give it, your mobile number.
- Messages: your name, email address and what you write to us.
Why we use it
- To tell you about AIVIERE drops, including early access to Drop 01 and when it goes live. This is what you agree to when you tick the box.
- To reply to your message.
We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
When you send a form, your details pass through Web3Forms, the service that delivers our form emails, and arrive in our email inbox. Only the AIVIERE team can see them there.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details are kept until you ask us to remove them, or for 12 months after Drop 01 opens, whichever comes first. Messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your details, or to stop sending you updates, at any time. Use the message form, or reply to any email we send you, and we will act on it within 7 days.

This page does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
